Mumdose Little Bites: Healthy Oat and Banana Donuts

Ingredients:
• 125g almond flour
• 120g oat flour
• 2 eggs
• 3 bananas
• 80g oil (you can use coconut or olive oil)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• Stevia or your favorite sweetener to taste
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
For the topping:
• White chocolate
• Food coloring
• Sprinkles, M&Ms, or chocolate chips for decorating
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
3. Add the eggs, oil, and vanilla, and mix well.
4. Incorporate the flours, baking powder, and sweetener. Stir until you get a homogeneous dough.
5. Pour the mixture into the donut mold and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6. While they cool, melt the white chocolate and add food coloring to taste.
7. Decorate your donuts with white chocolate and add your favorite toppings: sprinkles, M&Ms, chocolate chips, or whatever you like best.
Let them cool in the fridge for the chocolate to solidify... And voilà! Enjoy some healthy, flavorful donuts with the perfect touch for the whole family!
